Cancellation/Refund Policy

SUNAAMA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations of book orders will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order (except for consultation bookings). However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at support@sunaama.in

  • The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2-3 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service at support@sunaama.in within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the SUNAAMA, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer and shall be credited in the source payment method used.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NAME CONSULTATION

(1)   Consultation fee is to be paid in advance.

(2)   While in most cases people are satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the consultation and like some of the names suggested, sometimes they may not be entirely satisfied and not like any of the names suggested. The fee will be non-refundable even if the client is not completely satisfied and/or does not like the suggestions, as I will have to spend time anyway. Sunāma guarantees accuracy, but not satisfaction. You may not like the suggestions, but you will not be misled.

(3)   The charges indicated are valid as of 1 May 2024 and may change in future.

(4)   The turnaround time is 3-4 days to get back on options (1) and (2). For options (3) and (4), the turnaround time may be up to a week.

(5)   If for some reason, consultation (commentary on a requested name or a live consultation session) is not provided within two weeks of the payment, the fee will be entirely refunded.

(6)   The provision of consultation services shall be subject to the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising between the onomastician (Nityānanda Miśra) and the client.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their membership and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable service standards for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our service we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 3-5 days.
