What's the next step after payment?

After completing the payment, you'll be redirected to our booking page where you'll provide more details about the name requirement and can schedule an appointment with Mr. Nityananda Misra.

What if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure on your end, please retry again after sometime or use any other payment method. In case the amount has been debited from end and still the transaction is marked as "Failed", please wait for the confirmation from the payment gateway. It can take upto 48-72 hours for clarity on the transaction. Rest assured, your money will be refunded in 3-5 wokring days if your order failed and amount was debited.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment upto 48 hours prior to your previously chosen time slot. To do this, please email us at consult@sunaama.in Please note: Not all requests can be fulfilled due to limited availability.

What if I'm not satisfied with the name suggestions?

While in most cases people are satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the consultation and like some of the names suggested, sometimes they may not be entirely satisfied and not like any of the names suggested. The fee will be non-refundable even if the client is not completely satisfied and/or does not like the suggestions, as I will have to spend time anyway. Sunāma guarantees accuracy, but not satisfaction. You may not like the suggestions, but you will not be misled.
